Hunter Safety course to be held Sept. 12 & 13 in Mount Pulaski

[September 05, 2014]  MOUNT PULASKI - The American Legion Home in Mount Pulaski will host a hunter safety course on Friday September 12 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday September 13 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The course is open to the public, no one will be turned away. Reservations are required for participation. Please call 217-792-5658 between the hours of 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. daily to be put on the list.

The course will be conducted without live ammunition. Any person under the age of 16 must be accompanied by someone 16 or older.

On Saturday lunch will be served courtesy of the American Legion.

Those who pass the course will be presented with their hunter safety card.
