Chicago, arrested Sept. 4 in the 800 block of
Malerich Drive on charge of retail theft.
Logan County Sheriff’s Department

Glover, Jacob C., 24, of Lincoln, arrested Sept.
4 in the 300 block of South Mary Street,
Atlanta, on a Department of Corrections warrant.
Lincoln Police then arrested him at the Logan
County Safety Complex on charges of aggravated
domestic battery and interfering with domestic
report.

Rankin, Joyce E., 60, of New Holland, arrested
Sept. 4 at the Logan County Safety Complex on
Logan County warrant for failure to appear in
answer to charge of domestic battery.
Atlanta,
Elkhart, Illinois Department of Natural Resources,
Illinois State Police, Mount Pulaski, San Jose
