Singles Results: LCHS #1 Kena Bere beat Claire Nachkway
6-3; 6-2;
LCHS # 6 Adriana Doolin beat Caroline Coroorian 6-4; 7-5;
LCHS #7 Jeris Bender beat Haley Londirgan 6-3;
LCHS #8 Ariana Spencer beat Shelby Hilderbrand 6-6.
LCHS #4 Lexi Tibb had an extremely close game where she lost
narrowly. Tibbs lost the first game 4-6; won the second
game 7-5 then lost in the tie-breaker 5-10.
Doubles Results: LCHS #3 Doubles (Lexi Tibbs and Adriana
Doolin) beat Leanna Rayhan and Shelby Gulliard 7-5, 7-5.
Coach Bere states that she is very proud of her young team that
has to play in both singles and doubles due to the shortage of
the number of players.
LCHS next plays in the Central IL Invite Tournament to be held
on 9/6 in four different venues in Springfield.
