Mr. Rohlfs called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Aylesworth, to
approve the minutes from the June 2, 2014 meeting as printed. Motion
passed.
Old Business:
Lighting Project (AAA-4217) Update: Mr. Rohlfs reported
everything has been completed for the lighting project.
Tree Project: Mr. Rohlfs reported list of impacted trees have
been received that list was sent to the property owners; the list
includes 15 trees total, 11 removed, 8 replaced and 4 trimmed.
John Deere Mower Updated: Mr. Rohlfs reported the mower has been
received.
 Fuel Farm Update: Mr. Rohlfs reported no new
information has been received.
New Business:
2014-2015 Budget: The committee reviewed budget pages
submitted by Mr. Rohlfs for consideration. A motion was made by Mr.
Aylesworth, seconded by Mr. Meister, to submit the County Farm
Budget to Finance Committee. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mr. Blankenship,
to submit the Airport Budget to Finance Committee. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mr. Meister, to
submit the Capital Improvement to Finance Committee. Motion passed.

Airport Report: Mr. Rohlfs reported 891 gallons of
fuel were sold in June. Mr. Rohlfs spoke with Mr. Bode about
welding a plate on the back of hanger doors number 1 and 6. Mr.
Rohlfs plans to speak with Mr. Whitebeck about fixing hanger
door number 28. Hanger 15 is now available to rent. Nothing
further to report.
HIF Report: Nothing to report.
Farm Report: Mr. Rohlfs plans to speak with Mr. Ramlow
about lease rates. Mr. Rohlfs plans to report on rental lease
rates next month. Nothing further to report
Other Airport or Farm Business: Mr. Rohlfs plans to send
a letter to tenants on repairs and rent payment. Mr. Rohlfs will
report on this next month.
Budget Review: No concerns.
A motion was made by Mr. Meister, seconded by Mr. Aylesworth, to
approve the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Meister, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to
adjourn. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 7:41pm.
