Schaffenacher said he attended college at Eastern Illinois
University and he was a county employee during an election in the
1980’s. Schaffenacher said he has been employed in the past as a
contract engineer for Caterpillar and he is currently between
contracts. Currently, he plans on aiding friends and family during
the harvest season.
“I’ve served on a church board and on different boards in college,”
said Schaffenacher. “It would be an honor to serve and do anything I
can to help the community.”
Farmer said he wants to see Schaffenacher take his seat this month
at the Regular board meeting.
The board holds its September voting session tonight, Tuesday, Sept
16th in the first floor courtroom at the Logan County Courthouse
beginning at 7 p.m.
