[April 21, 2015]  April 20 (The Sports Xchange) - Toronto Raptors guard Lou Williams, who averaged a career-high 15.5 points this season, is the winner of the NBA Sixth Man Award.

The league made the announcement Monday to honor the best player in a reserve role this season.

New Orleans Pelicans coach Monty Williams said the crowd noise at the Golden State Warriors arena has gotten excessive and could be illegal.

"I'm not so sure the decibel level is legal, and I'm serious," Williams said. "They've done studies on that. For the competition committee, there's got to be something to that. It does get a little out of hand. Their fans, I've talked about it for years, they have some of the best fans in the league."

The Cleveland Cavaliers recalled guard Joe Harris from the Canton Charge.

Harris played in four playoff games -- all starts -- for the Charge, averaging 19.8 points and eight rebounds per game. (Editing by Frank Pingue)
