[April 21, 2015]  Sugar Grove Nature Center at Funks Grove will offer two programs in the month of April.

Little Wonders: Furry Forest Animals
Ages 3-5 with an adult chaperone.
Wednesday, April 15;
10:00-11:30 a.m.
or 1:00-2:30 p.m.


Raccoons, deer, and all sorts of furry animals inhabit the woods of Funks Grove! Kids and their adult chaperones will learn all about them as they discover the wonders of nature in this hands-on, interactive class. A snack will accompany story time and a fun craft will be created.

Fee required with a discount for members; registration required.

Campfire Program: Calling All Frogs & Toads
Friday, April 24; 6:30-8:00 p.m.


Learn to identify the call of frogs and toads found in central Illinois, then head outside to listen for them while enjoying s’mores around a campfire.

Fee required for non-members, FREE to members; registration required.
