Illinois Community Development Assistance Program grant

[April 27, 2015]  LINCOLN - A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 6:30 P.M. at the City of Lincoln, City Hall (700 Broadway Street, Lincoln, Illinois).

The purpose of the public hearing is to review the performance of an Illinois Community Development Assistance Program grant for the clearance or demolition of buildings and improvements, redesign and reconstruction of downtown sidewalk streetscape project, and preparation of downtown redevelopment and revitalization plans for the City of Lincoln.

Citizens will have the opportunity to submit written comments regarding the City of Lincoln’s community development grant performance in regards to the demolition of 217 S. Sangamon Street project, the one block Pulaski streetscape project, and the Downtown Redevelopment and Revitalization plans.
