Two Lincoln Police Department
officers promoted and one new officer joins force
Lincoln City Council Chambers were full on Monday, August 3 when the
council met for its first Regular session of the month. The gallery
was primarily filled with friends and family to three Lincoln police
officers being sworn in for duty to new positions.
Recently appointed Police Chief Paul Adams promoted from Deputy
Chief also witnessed the ceremony as Mayor Scott Cooper did the
honors.
First up was Kevin Lynn being promoted to Sergeant. Next was Brian
Clements, promoted to Corporal. And lastly, Ryan Sullivan was sworn
new to the force.
