Logan County Fair cuts premiums by percent
Consequences of no state budget

[August 13, 2015]  LINCOLN - The State of Illinois has advised Illinois County Fairs that that “any premium payments or rehabilitation improvements that you make at your fair should be done with no expectation for reimbursement from the State.”

The Logan County Fair Association has voted to reduce the amount of premiums paid to their exhibitors by 40 percent.

This action is a result of the lack of a July 1st State of Illinois Budget.

"While the Logan County Fair Association regrets the action, we feel it is in the best interest of the future of the Logan County Fair."
