Lincoln College presents "Sesquicentennial: Music from the 1860's"

[December 01, 2015]  LINCOLN - The Lincoln College Music Department proudly presents the winter choir concert "Sesquicentennial: Music from the 1860's."

In recognition of the 150th anniversary of the founding of Lincoln College, the Chorale, Chamber Ensemble, and soloists will perform music from the 1860's, including "Battle Hymn of the Republic," "Down in the River to Pray," and seasonal favorites like "Angels We Have Heard on High."

Performances will be at the Johnston Center for the Performing Arts on the campus of Lincoln College on Friday, December 4th at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, December 5th at 2 p.m. General admission is $2.
