Carroll Catholic School is busting with Christmas spirit as students and staff prepare for this weekend's Christmas Bazaar!

The annual fundraising event will take place this Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to Noon.

We are all preparing for the upcoming Christmas Bazaar on Sunday, December 6th from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The day will begin with a great breakfast buffet, and throughout the morning there will be shopping available with items made especially for the bazaar by CCS students. There will be multiple raffles including the grocery cart raffle.

The grocery cart will be filled to the top with items donated by CCS students and is sure to be packed with great items that every household can use.

Other raffles will include a themed gift basket raffle, the ever popular raffle table, and a cash raffle.

A new bulletin board is hung in the entryway with the Advent theme – “waiting together...” to welcome everyone.

On Thursday morning the first and second-graders were busy preparing Zesty Ranch Crackers for the Sweet Shoppe at the Christmas Bazaar. Every year these two classes prepare a yummy treat to sell at the Sweet Shoppe. The kids enjoy following a recipe and sharing it with family and friends.

One of the oldest traditions is each class makes an ornament to hang on trees throughout the bazaar. Parents love to pick them to take home as keepsakes. This year’s ornaments are very creative! Below, Nate Ladage (6th grade) and Adi Rumler (5th grade) students painted these cute snowflakes ornaments.

The Student Council President Lauren Graue said her favorite part of the Christmas Bazaar is seeing the community come together to support the school. "It’s fun to hear of alumni students continuing the tradition to attend every year."

Vice President Jayden Graham said his favorite part of the Christmas Bazaar is the Raffle table items. He hopes to win the TV this year! And he said "don’t forget to come for the breakfast buffet. It is YUMMY!!"
Carroll Catholic staff and students would like to thank the School Club, parents, and community for their continued support of Catholic Education in Logan County!
