[December 08, 2015]  Dec 7 (The Sports Xchange) - NBA icon LeBron James has inked a lifetime contract with Nike, according to published reports on Monday.

The Cleveland Cavaliers standout has been partnered with Nike since joining the NBA in 2004. Financial terms haven't yet been revealed.

The athletic apparel company recently signed Oklahoma City star Kevin Durant to a 10-year, $300 million contract.

James, 30, reportedly signed a seven-year, $93 million deal with Nike when he entered the NBA. He signed another deal with the company in 2010.

Brooklyn Nets guard/forward Rondae Hollis-Jefferson has been diagnosed with a non-displaced fracture of the posterior talus in his right ankle, the team announced.

The injury occurred during practice on Saturday. Hollis-Jefferson, 20, will undergo surgery this week, and a timetable for his return will be established following the procedure, general manager Billy King said.

In 19 games (14 starts) this season, Hollis-Jefferson has averaged 5.2 points, 6.1 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.4 steals (first among rookie players) in 22.1 minutes per game.

The Chicago Bulls recalled forward Cameron Bairstow from the Austin Spurs of the NBA Development League.

Bairstow, who was assigned to Austin on Nov. 22, appeared in five games for the Spurs and averaged 14.0 points and 8.0 rebounds in 26.5 minutes per game.

Bairstow has appeared in two games for the Bulls this season, averaging 1.0 points and 1.5 rebounds in 5.0 minutes per game.

The Sacramento Kings recalled rookie forward Duje Dukan from the Reno Bighorns of the D-League.

In four games with the Bighorns, Dukan is averaging 13 points and 3.8 rebounds in 27 minutes per game. (Editing by Larry Fine) ))
