[December 21, 2015]  LINCOLN - Tim McGee, 56, of Lincoln, passed away at 8:01 a.m. Sunday, December 20, 2015 at his home with loving family by his side.

Visitation: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 29th at Jefferson Street Church in Lincoln

Service: 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church

Funeral home: Fricke-Calvert-Schrader, Lincoln    Mount Pulaski

Obituary

Tim McGee, 56, of Lincoln, passed away at 8:01 a.m. Sunday, December 20, 2015 at his home with loving family by his side.

Tim was born November 25, 1959 at Macomb, the son of Larry G. and Christine Johnson McGee. His mother survives in Elkhart. His father preceded him in death. He married Theresa Bragg September 25, 1981 in Lake Fork.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa of Lincoln; step mother: Donna McGee of Lincoln; two sons: Adam (Bobby) McGee of Springfield, and Isaac McGee of Lincoln; one sister: Teri Parrish of Elkhart; one step sister: Kathy (Brad) Willis of Lawrence, Kansas; one step brother: Christopher Harlow of Clinton and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.

Tim was an electrician. He was a member of Jefferson Street Christian Church. He loved fishing, camping, trapping, gardening, his faithful companion, Daisy (his dog) and anything outdoors.

Services for Tim will be Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Jefferson Street Christian Church, Lincoln with Michael Mallick and J.K. Jones officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior (9-11:00 a.m.) to the service at the church. Memorials may be given in Tim’s name to the family. Burial will be at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Havana, Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. Services were entrusted to Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln.
