Regarding recent felony dispositions

[February 03, 2015]  LINCOLN - Information regarding recent felony dispositions in Logan County.

Terry Winter, 2014 CF 1:

Terry Winter pleaded guilty to Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a class X felony, and Driving While License Revoked, a class 4 felony. Terry Winter was sentenced to 6 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and a $1,000.00 fine. This sentence will run consecutively to his current 6 year prison sentence out of Sangamon County for Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

Brittney Holt, 2013 CF 179 and 2014 CF 115:

Brittney Holt pleaded guilty to Retail Theft, a class 4 felony, in Logan County case number 2013 CF 179. Ms. Holt was sentenced to 3½ years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Brittney Holt pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class 4 felony, in Logan County case number 2014 CF 115. Ms. Holt was sentenced to 3½ years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. The two sentences run consecutive to each other for a total sentence of 7 years in prison.
