Another round of winter weather: Snow today followed by cold on Thursday

[February 03, 2015]  LINCOLN - The National Weather Service is predicting snow today with the temperature falling to around 18 degrees by 5 p.m. Wind chill values between 5 and 15. North northwest wind 8 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 17 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

Tonight it will be partly cloudy with a low around 1. Wind chill values between -1 and -11. North northwest wind 7 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph.

Thursday is forecasted to be sunny with a high near 16. Wind chill values between -2 and -12. North northwest wind 5 to 7 mph becoming south in the afternoon.
