Junior Braden Tanner and freshman Justin Woods were regional champions in Dramatic Duet Acting, the 5th year consecutively that Lincoln has been the regional champs in DDA.

"Lincoln has a rich speech and theatre history," said head coach Jennifer Keith. "We have the only state championship trophy in the school and send kids to state nearly every year, but the entire downstate region is in one sectional, and it's pretty cutthroat.

"It's difficult to make it to the next level," Keith continued. "It will be a lot of work, but with despite them being a young team, work is not something they are afraid of."
