Mr. Hepler called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.
A motion was made by Mr. O’Neill, seconded by Mr. Bateman, to
approve the minutes from the August 6, 2014 meeting as printed.
Motion passed.
Old Business:
Subdivision Ordinance: No new information at this time.
Wind Farms: Sugar creek no new information. Relite Mr. D’Andrea
received a draft application.
Enterprise Zone Participation: Keep on agenda for next month. 4)
Mining: No new information at this time.

Mr. D’Andrea reported they are starting the hearing process for
a Cultivation Center. County has to rezone for a Cultivation
Center but might not end up with one.

approve the bills. Motion passed.
