Mr. Bateman called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Hepler, seconded by Mrs. Schumacher, to
approve minutes from September 10, 2014. Motion passed.
Old Business:
Ordinance Revisions: Mr. Bateman reported recommendations made by
Jon Wright will be reviewed by committee and discussed in November.
Discussed policy regarding dogs in heat and whether the policy
should include cats.
New Business: None
Administrator/Warden’s report:
Feline distemper is present in Building. Feline Distemper is
highly contagious. Euthanized 15 cats, plus 7 died naturally, 24
live cats remain. Dr. Gillen has been consulted to determine the
appropriate course of action. 14 days quarantine period. Encouraging
public to consider owner releases to HSLC, unless they vaccinate and
hold for 7 days prior to release. Local vets have been made aware
the virus is present. Mr. Bateman reported maintenance is still
working on the roof leaks. Nothing further to report.

Budget: No concerns.
A motion was made by Mr. Hepler, seconded by Mr. Anderson, to
pay the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mrs. Davenport, seconded by Mrs.
Schumacher, to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting
adjourned at 6:55 pm.
