In the opener, the fifth grade Wolverines (4-3) lost 25-19.
Scotty Battin and Brody Whiteman paced the Wolverines with six
points each, while Daulton Miller, Keyton Schmalshof and Sam
Gleason had two each. Drew Eimer added a free throw.
In the sixth grade contest, WLB (2-4) fell by a final of 47-20.
Leading the way for the Wolverines was Lucas Konczyk with nine
and Patrick McCraith with four. Also scoring for the Wolverines
was, Battin (3), Andre McAdams (2), and Baryden Saylor (2).
The Wolverines will travel across town to face the Chester-East
Lincoln Panthers on Thursday with the fifth grade game set to
tip at 6:00 pm
