Mr. Bateman called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Hepler, seconded by Mr. Anderson to approve
the minutes from October 8, 2014 as printed. Motion passed.
Old Business:
Ordinance Revisions:
Mr. Bateman reported Mrs. Parker is still working on language for
the ordinance revisions. Mr. Wright suggested Mrs. Parker include
cats in every law that dogs are included in. The committee plans to
vote on the ordinance in December. No action taken at this time.
New Business: None
Administrator/Warden’s report:
Mr. Bateman reported they are still working on building
improvements. Mrs. Parker asked Mr. Bateman how much Building and
Grounds pays Orkin for Pest Control. Mr. Bateman will get back to
Mrs. Parker. Nothing further to report.

Public Comments:
Kelley Cale had a concern about animals being adopted and owners
not coming back to get them after the vet work is completed. The
committee discussed making the new owner pay a deposit. The deposit
would be the same amount as the vet bill and would be nonrefundable.
Budget: No concerns.
A motion was made by Mr. Ruben, seconded by Mr. Anderson, to pay the
bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Anderson, seconded by Mrs. Davenport, to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 6:54 pm.
