[February 25, 2015]  Text below provided by Logan County State's Attorney Jonathan Wright, regarding recent felony cases in the county.

Bryce Dooley, 2014 CF 63 and 2014 CF 75: Bryce Dooley pleaded guilty in 14 CF 63 to Unlawful Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and was sentenced to 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. He also pleaded guilty to Aggravated Battery and was sentenced to 2 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Because he committed the Aggravated Battery while in custody on the initial arrest, the two sentences run consecutive for a total of 6 years prison.

David Martin, 2014 CF 3: David Martin pleaded guilty to Burglary in 14 CF 3 and was sentenced to 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.

Richard Nicholas, 2014 CF 111: Richard Nicholas pleaded guilty to Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 8 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
