Mr. Hepler called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.
A motion was made by Mr. O’Neill, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to approve
the minutes from the October 1, 2014 meeting as printed. Motion
passed.
Old Business:
Conditional Uses: Mr. Hepler reported Jonathan Wright would like to
defer this item until December.
New Business:
Rezoning Process Revisions: Mrs. Schumacher has concerns about
public postings for ZBA meetings. Mrs. Schumacher feels 15 days is
not enough time to review the request. Mrs. Schumacher would like to
extend the posting requirement days to 25 instead of 15 days. A
motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mr. Blankenship, to
change the language from 15 days to 25 days. Motion passed. Mr.
D’Andrea will take this request to the ZBA to be considered.
Fee for Conservation Study:
A motion was made by Mr. Blankenship, seconded by Mr. O’Neill, to
spend $500.00 on fee for conservation study. Motion passed.

Mr. D’Andrea reported Wind Farm hearings are coming up. Nothing
further to report.
