[January 16, 2015]  Jan 15 (The Sports Xchange) - Goaltenders Jaroslav Halak of the New York Islanders and Marc-Andre Fleury of the Pittsburgh Penguins were added Thursday to the rosters for the NHL All-Star Game on Jan. 25 in Columbus, Ohio.

Halak and Fleury replace injured goalies Jimmy Howard of the Detroit Red Wings and Pekka Rinne of the Nashville Predators. Rinne has a sprained knee and Howard is out with a groin injury.

Anaheim Ducks defenseman Sami Vatanen was fined Thursday by the NHL for elbowing Toronto Maple Leafs winger David Booth during Wednesday night's game.

The incident will cost Vatanen the maximum allowable under the Collective Bargaining Agreement of $3,393.82.

The Arizona Coyotes recalled goaltender Mike Lee from the Gwinnett Gladiators of the East Coast Hockey League on Thursday.

Lee, 24, has posted a 1-3-1 record with a 2.98 goals-against average and an .897 save percentage in five games with the Gladiators this season.

The Nashville Predators recalled goaltender Marek Mazanec from the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League on Thursday.

Mazanec, 23, has gone 4-0-2 in his last six AHL starts and joins Nashville riding a three-game win streak that has seen him stop 61 of 64 shots (.953 save percentage, 0.99 goals-against average). He is 11-8-3 with a 2.49 goals-against average and a .907 save percentage this season. (Editing by Frank Pingue)
