 Rivers joins the Clippers, a team coached by Doc Rivers, and will
become the first son to play for his father in NBA history.
The deal included guard Reggie Bullock going from the Clippers to
the Suns, forward Shavlik Randolph moving from the Suns to the
Celtics and Boston also getting guard Chris Douglas-Roberts and a
future second-round draft pick from the Clippers.

Charlotte Hornets guard-forward P.J. Hairston was fined $5,000 by
the NBA on Thursday for a second flopping violation this season.
 Hairston went sprawling toward coach Gregg Popovich on the San
Antonio Spurs' bench after he moved in to defend against Spurs point
guard Tony Parker with 11:04 remaining in the fourth quarter of
Charlotte's 98-93 loss on Wednesday.

The Golden State Warriors sent center Ognjen Kuzmic back to Santa
Cruz of the NBA Development League on Thursday.
Kuzmic will be available for the Warriors' D-League game on Thursday
night against the Canton Charge in Santa Cruz. The 7-footer was
called up a day earlier by Golden State from Santa Cruz for its game
