• Adams, Jeffrey L., 32, of Emden, arrested Jan. 27 on Woodlawn Road on charge of driving with a suspended license and Logan County warrant. 

• Helton, Martin J., 48, of Mason City, arrested Jan. 27 in the 800 block of Malerich Drive on charge of retail theft. 

• Mattingly, Tracy C., 40, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 27 at his residence on charge of domestic battery.
