Wolverines survive and advance

[January 28, 2015]  LINCOLN - The West Lincoln Broadwell Wolverines defeated the Greenview Bulldogs Tuesday in round two of the New Holland-Middletown 7-1A Regional, by a final of 56-28.

The Wolverines (17-2) were led by Kaden Froebe with 22 points and Dreyden Pozsgai, who matched his 17 points with a team-high 17 rebounds.

Also scoring for West Lincoln was, Joe Dalpoas (8), Payton Anderson (6), and Kameron Whiteman (3).

The Wolverines advance to the Regional Championship game to play their cross town rivals, the Panthers from Chester-East Lincoln.

The two will face off at 6 p.m. Thursday in Middletown.
