Hampton Inn Lincoln team member honored with National Spirit of Hampton Award

[January 28, 2015]  LINCOLN - Hampton Hotels, the international brand of nearly 2000 mid‐priced Hampton Inn and Hampton Inn & Suites hotels, has honored Amber Sampson, Housekeeping Manager at the Hampton Inn - Lincoln, with the company's Spirit of Hampton Award.

The award is the most prestigious team member honor awarded by the Hampton brand and recognizes Amber as a top‐performing employee. Less than one percent of all Hampton team members Internationally receive this honor each year.

Nominated by peers because of exemplary loyalty, attitude, service and creativity, Amber continually exceeds expectations of both guests and fellow team members.  "Amber continues to make outstanding contributions to guests and team members, showing great enthusiasm in all areas of her work at the hotel, said Damon Priddy, General Manager of the Hampton Inn – Lincoln property.

Amber has been with the Lincoln property for nearly six years.

As a recipient of the Spirit of Hampton award, Amber will receive a cash prize of $350 from Hilton Worldwide, a large desktop award and lapel pin, and other special recognition throughout her career with the Hilton family of brands.
