[July 09, 2015]  LINCOLN - A two vehicle crash on Tuesday morning on Illinois Route 121 between Latham and Warrensburg has resulted in the deaths of a Lincoln man and a Decatur man. According to reports 22-year-old Jonathan Franklin of Lincoln was the driver and only occupant of a vehicle that collided with 47-year-old Robert Doty of Decatur near the tiny community of Heman.

Witness reports say that the vehicles were immediately engulfed in flames. One witness reported attempting to get to the drivers of the vehicles, but he was unable.
