Mr. Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:25 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Hepler, seconded by Mrs. Schumacher, to
approve the minutes from the March 11, 2015 meeting as printed.
Motion passed.
Old Business
Property Inventory/photos/intern:
Mr. Anderson reported he was going to use Jacey White from Sally
Turner’s office to help with this project. However, several
employees at the Courthouse do not know Jacey. Mr. Anderson is now
going to have Mrs. Freese help with this project. Mr. Anderson hopes
to have this project done before next insurance meeting in May. Mr.
Anderson would like Mrs. Freese to video tape each office instead of
taking pictures.
New Business
2016 Holiday Schedule: Keep on the agenda.
2015 Christmas Eve Hours:
Mr. Hepler reported he would like to give employees a 4 day weekend
for Christmas. Mr. Hepler and Mrs. Turner sent a letter to Judge
Fitzgerald asking about closing the Courthouse on Christmas Eve. Mr.
Hepler, Mrs. Turner and Mrs. Kelley have yet to hear from Judge
Fitzgerald regarding Christmas Eve hours.
The committee is in favor of giving the employees a 4 day weekend
for Christmas.
Mr. Hepler hopes to hear from Judge Fitzgerald by next Insurance
meeting in May. Keep on the agenda.
Insurance Administrator Report: Nothing to report.

Water and Fire Districts:
A motion was made by Mrs. Schumacher, seconded by Mrs.
Davenport, to approve the names that are highlighted in yellow
to be appointed to the Water and Fire Districts. Motion passed.
Since there were two names for Latham, the committee agreed to
appoint Dale Taylor.
The Board of Review needs 3 members appointed. The committee
will review candidates next month.

The Sparks 2.0 Relay for Life.
A motion was made by Mrs. Schumacher, seconded by, Mr. Hepler, to
approve the raffles. Motion passed.
Public Comments: None
Budget Review: Mrs. Davenport asked what is “miscellaneous”? Mr.
Anderson agreed to check into this line item for her.
A motion was made by Mr. Schaffenacker, seconded by Mrs. Davenport,
to approve the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Schaffenacker, seconded by Mrs. Schumacher,
to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 7:53 pm.
