Logan County Ambulance Meeting

Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mrs. Davenport, to
approve the minutes from March 2015 as printed. Motion passed.
Mr. Siltman presented the March 2015 call report. There were 387
calls in March. The volume for December through March is 1,580
calls. This is 5% more than what they normally run.
Quarterly Budget Report - Ambulance budget is right on track
for the year.
Vehicle Status Report - 2011 Marks Ambulance has been shipped
to Ohio for stress fractures in the box. The 2012 Marks Ambulance
has the same stress fracture as well. Once the 2011 comes back, the
2012 will be shipped to Ohio to get fixed.

A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Rohlfs, to adjourn
the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:11 pm.
Logan County Coroner Meeting

Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:31 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Blankenship, seconded by Mr. Rohlfs, to
approve the minutes from March 5, 2015 as printed. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mrs. Davenport, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to
approve the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
Old Business:
Mr. Thomas presented the March call report. There were 17 deaths.
There were 2 transports.
New Business:
State Budget Cuts:
Mr. Thomas presented information about how state budget cuts could
impact his office.
Coroner's Grant:
Mr. Thomas reported he did receive a Coroner's Grant this year in
the amount of $4,333.75. The money will be placed in the Coroner
Grant line item. Mr. Thomas explained what he can use the grant
money for.
Chevy Car to EMA: Mr. Thomas plans to give back his Chevy car
to EMA.
Mr. Thomas talked about people being on hospice, if the family
request to keep the medicines the hospice nurse has to leave the
medicines there.
Mr. Thomas presented the summary of expenses, end of year call
report and autopsy and transport report.
A motion was made by Mr. Blankenship seconded by Mr. Farmer, to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:56 pm.

A motion was made by Mrs. Davenport, seconded by Mr. Rohlfs,
to approve the minutes from March 2015 as printed. Motion
passed.
Mr. Storer presented the March, 2015 call report. Air
Conditioner - Server Room:
Mr. Fulscher the temporary conditioners are in and working fine.
Kitchen:
Mr. Fulscher reported Cheryl, Kendall and Terry put everything away
in the cabinets today . The project came in under budget.
Car Return:
Mr. Fulscher reported Bob Thomas is giving Mr. Fulscher back the
2001 Chevy car. Mr. Fulscher gave this car to the Coroner's Office
to use a few years ago and Mr. Thomas no longer needs this car. Mr.
Fulscher plans to let Mr. Caruthers drive this car for field work.
Mr. Fulscher plans to trade the 2001 chevy car in for a new truck in
December. Old Business: None

A motion was made by Mr. Rohlfs, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to pay the
bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Blankenship to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm.
Logan County Sheriff's Meeting

Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Rohlfs, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to approve

New Vehicles:
Mr. Bunner reported they are still working on the new vehicles .
They are waiting on equipment for the new vehicle. Mr. Bunner
reported Sheriff Nichols' vehicle is up and on the road already.

the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
