Caregiver Stress Lunch Presentation August 21
Free luncheon hosted by Healthy Communities Partnership and the Oasis

[July 27, 2015]  LINCOLN - Are you or someone you know a caregiver? Would you like to learn some tips to help you handle the stress of taking care of others?

Healthy Communities Partnership, Logan County’s Senior Issue Task Force and The Oasis Senior Center have planned an opportunity for you to take some time for yourself, enjoy a nourishing meal and hear about handling the day-to-day demands of caregiving with some different tools that work.

A Caregiver Stress Lunch Presentation will be held at noon, Friday, August 21st at the Oasis Senior Center, 2810 Woodlawn Rd., Lincoln, IL. HSHS St. John’s Hospital Caregiver Specialist, Catherine Spannagel will give tips to identify and beat caregiver stress.

A delicious free lunch will be served.
