Illinois State Police

  • Graves, Rodney, 48, of Detroit, Michigan, arrested June 1 on I-55 on charge of driving with a suspended license.

Lincoln Police Department

  • Beach, Jessie D., 29, of Lincoln, arrested May 31 on Woodlawn Road at Monroe Street on charge of driving with a suspended license. 

  • Huskins, Mathew W., 33, of Lincoln, arrested May 30 at the Logan County Safety Complex on charge of domestic battery. 

  • Leininger, JoAnn, 71, of Lincoln, arrested May 30 at her residence on charges of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of accidence. 

  • Reagan, Terri M., 33, of Lincoln, arrested May 30 in the 100 block of Oglesby on charge of driving with a suspended license. 

  • Oatsvall, Christopher R., 49, of Lincoln, arrested May 31 at his residence on charge of domestic battery. 

  • Oatsvall, Joel M., 44, of Lincoln, arrested May 31 at his residence on charge of domestic battery.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Cook, Jennifer E., 29, of Lincoln, arrested May 29 in the 500 block of Keokuk Street on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving under the influence, and Logan County body attachment. 

  • Golden, Stephen R., 30, of Lincoln, arrested May 31 on Route 121 at 1200th Street on charge of driving with a suspended license.

  • Lancaster, Torey A., 23, of Springfield, arrested May 29 on Pearl Street at Third Street, Atlanta, on Logan County warrants for failure to appear in answer to charges of domestic battery, for violation of probation on mob action, and for escape. 

Mount Pulaski Police

  • Fisher, Willie D., 58, of Lincoln, arrested May 29 on Route 121 at Morgan Street, Mount Pulaski, on charge of driving with a suspended license.

Atlanta, Elkhart, Illinois Department of Natural Resources, San Jose

No arrest reports.
