Mr. Rohlfs called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mr. Ruben, to
approve the minutes from the November 3, 2014 meeting as printed.
Motion passed.
Old Business:
Tree Project Update: Mr. Rohlfs reported he has a copy of the
latest set of plans and specifications. The tree project will be a
local let project. The county is required to pay 10% opposed to 5%
since it’s a local let project. Mr. Rohlfs plans to appeal the 10%.
Mr. Rohlfs hopes to get it back to 5%. No action needed
Fuel Farm Update: No new information.
Chevy Snowplow Update: Mr. Rohlfs reported the Chevy Snowplow
is fixed and ready to be picked up. Mr. Rohlfs is unsure of the
charges at this time. Mr. Rohlfs would like to pay for the truck out
of the FY 14 budget.
New Business: None
Airport Report: Mr. Rohlfs reported 363 gallons of fuel were
sold in November. Nothing further to report.

HIF Report: Mr. Fox reported Lincoln Land Community
College came to visit the HIF museum. They truly enjoyed
themselves. Nothing further to report.
Farm Report: Nothing further to report.
Budget Review: Mr. Ruben reported fuel sales are down. No
concerns.
A motion was made by Mr. Ruben, seconded by Mr. Aylesworth, to
approve the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Anderson, seconded by Mr. Aylesworth,
to adjourn. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 7:12 pm.
