[March 07, 2015]  CLAY CITY-Joshua Bret Sprague, passed away on March 3, 2015 at 11:30 p.m. at Pekin Hospital, Pekin.

Visitation: Sunday March 8,  from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln

Service: Graveside service will be held on Monday March 9, 2015 1 p.m. at New Union Cemetery, Lincoln

Obituary

Joshua Bret Sprague, passed away on March 3, 2015 at 11:30 p.m. at Pekin Hospital, Pekin, IL.

He was born on December 27, 1984 in Port Charlotte, FL. the son of Ronald Sprague Jr. and Kimberly Hance. He is survived by his parents; his three children, Braydon Denney, Daemon Sprague, and Zachary Sprague; his sister, Kassandra Henrichsmeyer of Clay City; his paternal grandparents Ron and Mary Sprague of Lincoln; and his maternal grandfather, Harry Newman of Cookeville, TN.; niece: Kyia Henrichsmeyer; Aunts and Uncles: Allen and Christine Blackmon, Cookeville, TN; Beth and Russell Wright of Lincoln. Joshua was preceded in death by his grandmother, Carol Newman.

Joshua attended M.T.I. Joshua worked in molding production at North America Lighting. He was a sports enthusiast; he enjoyed watching St. Louis Cardinal baseball, Chicago Bear football, and NASCAR races. He also loved to spend time out on the lake fishing.

A visitation will be held on Sunday March 8, 2015 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. A graveside service will be held on Monday March 9, 2015 1:00 p.m. at New Union Cemetery, Lincoln. Memorial donations may be made in Joshua’s name to the American Diabetes Association.
