Randall Lynn "Randy" Tholen, 65, of Lincoln, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center, Springfield.

Cremation rites will be accorded and burial will be at a later date at Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield.

Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home, Lincoln has been entrusted with his care.

Randy was born January 19, 1950 in Emden, IL., the son of Leonard John Tholen and Comfort Sidonia Organ.

He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Mr. Tholen was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Emden, IL.; the American Legion Post 506 Emden, IL., and the VFW Post 1756 in Lincoln, IL.

Survivors include his sister Constance Culleton, several cousins, and his step grandchildren Hayleigh Maupin and Sidney Ramsey.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Legion Post 506 in Emden, IL., or to the family.
