Regency Care sale to Heritage Enterprises

[March 20, 2015]  SPRINGFIELD, Illinois –Regency Nursing Care Residence, located at 2120 West Washington Street, has been acquired by a joint venture operated by Heritage Enterprises, Inc. and Memorial Health System. The sale was effective January 30, 2015.

Regency Care nursing home offers short-term, long-term and rehab health care services to seniors in the Springfield market and surrounding areas. Regency was owned and operated by three generations of the Sabath Family. “My family was careful to seek out a company who really appreciates the unique aspects of Regency, and will strive to continue our long history of high quality, personalized attention to detail,” comments Erin Sabath.

At this time, the goal of Heritage Enterprises is to ensure a seamless transition as it assesses areas of improving the health care services that continue to be administered by the staff of approximately 100 employees.
