[May 02, 2015]  Information received from the Logan County State's Attorney, Jonathan Wright

Damon Marten 2013 CF 238:

On April 29, 2015, Damon Marten pleaded guilty to Aggravated Home Repair Fraud, a class 2 felony. Damon Marten was sentenced to 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections with a 2 year period of mandatory supervised release. The 3 year sentence will run consecutive to a 2½ year prison sentence out of Tazewell County for felony theft.

Joel Schmidt 2014 CF 120:

On April 22, 2015, Joel Schmidt pleaded guilty to two counts of Arson, each a class 2 felony. Joel Schmidt was sentenced to 6 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections with a 2 year period of mandatory supervised release.

Natasha Lee 2013 CF 145:

On April 21, 2015, Natasha Lee admitted to violating her probation for the underlying offense of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a class 3 felony. Natasha Lee was sentenced to 3½ years in the Illinois Department of Corrections with a 1 year period of mandatory supervised release.
