[May 23, 2015]  LINCOLN - Arnold Palmer said, “Golf is deceptively simple and endlessly complicated; it satisfies the soul and frustrates the intellect. It is at the same time rewarding and maddening - and it is without a doubt the greatest game mankind has ever invented.”

The Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce invites you to get out of the office and enjoy the greatest game mankind has ever invented at the 2015 Chamber Golf Outing. This annual outing is being held on Friday, June 12th at the Elk’s Country Club. Participants need not be the professional caliber of Arnold Palmer to enjoy the game played scramble style, and an afternoon networking with professionals in Logan County and surrounding areas.

The chamber golf outing is a fun-filled afternoon and evening of golf, dinner, drinks and games. If you are not a golfer this is not a problem, individuals can join the network of professionals for dinner. With many ways to become involved, the chamber hopes that people will find a way to participate. The chamber is currently looking for teams, dinner reservations, and sponsors.

People can sign up entire teams of four and as individuals. While this is an event to connect our members in a fun environment and enjoy one of Logan County’s great assets, the Elks golf course, it is also open to individuals (and teams) that are not chamber members.
