CEL Panthers win two in season opener

[November 03, 2015]  LINCOLN - The Chester-East Lincoln Panthers boys basketball team got the season going at the Cornerstone Christian Academy round robin tournament on Tuesday and came away with 2 wins from the Flanagan Falcons.

The 7th grade team won 25-15.

Seth Tungate lead all scorers with 17 points and Elijah Pollice had 8 points.

The 8th grade won 41-11.

Noah Funk lead the way with 14pts, Will Ewald had 9 points, Thomas Morris 8pts, Issac Dewberry finished with 4, Xavier Miller, Jace McIntosh and Austin Prater each had 2. The Panthers will be back at Cornerstone on Thursday and Saturday.
