NEW YORK -- LeBron James and Mo Williams ignited a fourth-quarter comeback, leading the Cleveland Cavaliers over the New York Knicks, 90-84, Friday at Madison Square Garden.

James and Williams combined for 21 of the Cavaliers 24 fourth quarter points. Cleveland (8-1) trailed by six points with 5:24 to go, before the duo took over.

Williams' jumper put the Cavaliers ahead 86-84 with 40 seconds left and his four free throws in the final 18 seconds sealed the win.

James finished with 31 points and Williams scored 20.

Magic 102, Jazz 93

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Evan Fournier scored 21 points and Tobias Harris added 19 points and 13 rebounds as Orlando cruised to the victory.

Nikola Vucevic added 16 points and nine rebounds and Elfrid Payton had 16 points and six assists for the Magic.

Gordon Hayward and Trey Burke led Utah with 16 points apiece.

Pacers 107, Timberwolves 103

INDIANAPOLIS -- Paul George continued his torrid surge with 29 points and Monta Ellis added 24 as Indiana built a big lead but had to hang on to win their third in a row.

George scored at least 26 points for the sixth consecutive game, joining Billy Knight, Danny Granger and Reggie Miller as the only Pacers players to do so.

Ian Mahinmi chipped in 12 points and nine rebounds.

Raptors 100, Pelicans 81

TORONTO -- Kyle Lowry and Jonas Valanciunas each scored 20 points to lead Toronto.

Valanciunas also pulled in 10 rebounds for the Raptors, who dominated the second half.

Guard Eric Gordon led the Pelicans with a season-best 30 points.

Celtics 106, Hawks 93

BOSTON -- Boston scored its best win of the young season by downing Atlanta, who was playing without head coach Mike Budenholzer because of a family emergency.

Kelly Olynyk hit two 3-pointers during a 21-9 run over the final 5:10 of the third quarter and Isaiah Thomas drained back-to-back 3-pointers to stave off an Atlanta charge.

Assistant coach Kenny Atkinson took over and while the players were clearly trying to win for their coach, there was clearly something missing from one of the Eastern Conference's best teams.

Bulls 102, Hornets 97

CHICAGO -- Jimmy Butler scored 27 points to lead four Chicago players in double figures as Chicago avenged a defeat to the Hornets earlier this season.

Nicolas Batum led all scorers with 28 points but his 3-point attempt to tie the game at 100 was off target.

E'Twaun Moore added 11 points, Taj Gibson chipped in 12 points, Derrick Rose finished with 10 points and Pau Gasol recorded his fourth double-double of the season with 19 points and 13 rebounds.

Mavericks 90, Lakers 82

DALLAS -- Kobe Bryant returned to the Los Angeles lineup and Metta World Peace saw a decent amount of action, but these Lakers don't resemble anything like the teams these two old-timers once led to two championships.

Dallas shot only 36.6 percent from the floor, 25.9 percent from beyond the arc and were outrebounded.

Dallas was led by ZaZa Pachulia with 18 points and 15 rebounds. Bryant scored 19 and World Peace went 0-for-9.

Grizzlies 101, Trail Blazers 100

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Memphis snapped a four-game losing streak as Marc Gasol scored a game-high 31 points and forward Zach Randolph (15 points, 8 rebounds) tipped in the winning basket with 0.6 seconds to play.

Portland rallied from a 14-point deficit in the third quarter.

C.J. McCollum led the Trail Blazers with 26 points.

Thunder 102, 76ers 85

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Playing without Kevin Durant for the first time this season, Oklahoma City pulled away in the fourth quarter, beating Philadelphia for the 12th consecutive time.

Russell Westbrook produced his second triple-double of the season with 21 points, a career-high 17 rebounds and 11 assists.

Philadelphia remains winless at 0-9.

Nuggets 107, Rockets 98

DENVER -- Will Barton scored a career high 26 points and Danilo Gallinari had 27 to lead Denver.

Kenneth Faried had 14 points and 11 rebounds for the Nuggets, who have won three straight at home after dropping their first two in Denver.

The Nuggets' bench scored 51 points.

Kings 111, Nets 109

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- DeMarcus Cousins scored 40 points and grabbed 13 rebounds, and Rajon Rondo had a triple-double with 23 points, 14 assists and 10 rebounds to lead Sacramento.

Rajon had his third triple-double in his past four games for the Kings, who won back-to-back games for the first time this season.

Ben McLemore came off the bench to score 15 points for the Kings, and reserve Marco Belinelli had 14.
