White House issues veto threat for second Senate challenge to climate rule

[November 18, 2015]  WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House on Tuesday issued a veto threat for a second resolution from the Republican-led U.S. Senate that it said would nullify Environmental Protection Agency standards for new and modified power plants.

Earlier on Tuesday, the White House had also threatened to veto another similar Senate resolution.
