Library to host special program "Identity Theft Prevention" [September 30, 2015]  LINCOLN - On Thursday, October 1, at 1 p.m., a special program "Identity Theft Prevention" will be held at the Lincoln Public Library. The program will be presented by the Office of Illinois State Comptroller, Leslie Munger. This is a free event open to the public.
