Obituary
Douglas Scott, 47, passed away at 1:15 P.M. at
Advocate BroMenn Medical Center in Normal, on
September 24, 2015.
Douglas was born on April 18, 1968 in Lincoln, the
son of Ronald Scott and Judy Simon.
He is survived by his father, Ronald Ray and Jean M.
Naylor Scott; his brother, Ray Scott; Sister,
Rosemary Langley; three nieces, Ashley Langley,
Autumn Langley, and Judith Falcon; one nephew,
Matthew Langley; and his significant other, Jennifer
Rustemeyer and her family.
Douglas was preceded in death by his mother.

Douglas was a member of the Delta Nu Fraternity at
Illinois College. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals
Fan and Chicago Bears fan.
Graveside services for Douglas will be 10:00 a.m.
Thursday October 1, 2015 at New Hope Cemetery at
Easton.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday September
30, 2015 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in
Lincoln.
Memorials may be made in Douglas’ name to his
family.
