With the victory, the Lady Wolverines sealed their spot in
the championship game on Thursday night at 6:15.
The offense attack again was a team effort as nine players were
in the scoring column.
Leading all scorers was Leah Schneider with 21 points. Also
contributing were Madelyn Koehler, seven; Emily Paulus, six;
Asia Sales, five; Makayla Anderson, four; Brooke Montcalm, four;
Madison Orebaugh, four; Karissa Bowman, two; and Tori Schilling,
two.
Leah Schneider was also a beast on the boards and pulled down
nine rebounds.
On the defensive side, Madelyn Koehler and Asia Sales used their
speed and quickness to pick up five steals a piece. Also
noteworthy was Makyala Anderson as she dished at five assists on
the night.
What a great team effort by all!
The eighth grade Lady Wolverines will be back on the court at
6:15 Thursday night for the Championship game, please come out
and support the girls!
