Obituary
Lillian L. “Louise” Roos, 84, of Lincoln passed away
at 7:15 p.m. September 29, 2015 at Mason City Area
Nursing Home, Mason City.
Louise was born June 16, 1931 in Washburn, the
daughter of Rueben and Blanche Krutz Draper. She
married Charles F. Roos April 23, 1995 at the Faith
Lutheran Church in Lincoln. He preceded her in death
November 3, 2010.
Louise is survived by a son; Randy (Christina) Dirks
of Lincoln, a daughter; Cheryl (Steve) Zimmerman of
Mason City, a half brother; Chuck White of Indiana,
six grandchildren; Tiffany, Courtney, Tiara, Karina,
Lindsey, and Tessa, six great grandchildren, and
three step great grandchildren. She was preceded in
death by her parents and three sisters; Helen,
Virginia, and Carol.

Louise was a nurse’s aide and member of Faith
Lutheran Church of Lincoln.
A Memorial service for Louise will be at 11:00 a.m.
Friday, October 2, 2015 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home, Lincoln with Rev. Mark Peters
officiating. Visitation will be one hour
(10:00-11:00 am) prior to service at the funeral
home. Memorials may be given in Louise’s name to the
Alzheimer’s Foundation or Mason City Area Nursing
Home.
