LINCOLN
- The Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with
Ashley Reid of Resonant Potential, will be hosting a Lunch & Learn
on Thursday, October 8, 2015 from Noon to 1 p.m. at the Holiday Inn
in Lincoln. All business owners and managers along with other key
staff are invited to attend this Lunch & Learn to experience how
customer service, good or bad, can affect your business.
|
Ashely Reid started her career a decade ago working for Discover
Cove, a high-end all-inclusive day resort in Orlando, Florida, known
for giving guests a once-in-a-lifetime experience in interacting
with dolphins and various exotic animals, while providing guests
with world-class customer service. While there, she learned a
valuable lesson – how customer service can make or break a business.
This became the staple of the training and orientation programs that
she created and taught. Her current business – Resonant Potential, a
small consulting business focused on helping businesses and
organizations capitalize on their potential within itself, is based
right here in Logan County.
Ashely brings a unique customer service presentation that we believe
will engage attendees with an interactive element. She will take the
group through the ideas of knowing your customer, knowing your
capacity, and knowing your plan for offering the best customer
service you can. Each guest is guaranteed to take away an applicable
customer service plan for their business.
