LC Coach Mark Tippett:

"We battled against ICC on Friday evening, but their passing game off of serve receive was just a little bit better than ours. We passed and defended well enough to give ourselves a chance to win all three sets, but could never get a run going to build significant leads against them. On Saturday, we were able to overcome any passing issues we ran into by outlasting our opponents on long rallies or dominating them at the net. The loss to ICC and the win against Frontier were both Region matches that will have an impact on our post-season. It looks as though we will either be the five or six seed in our Region depending on the outcome of our match against SWIC later in the month."

Lincoln hosts two home matches this week. On Wednesday evening they play Lindenwood-Belleville's JV at 6:30 PM and on Thursday they take on College of DuPage at 6:00 PM.
