third quarter of 2015, 9 more than the 93 sold during the same time
period in 2014.
The average selling price for homes in the 2015 time period was
$100,984, up from $87,878 in 2014. Median prices were up as well,
$80,500 compared to $73,000.
The length of time that the average home was on the market longer
with the average "Days on Market" in 2015 188 days. This was 48 days
longer than the same time period in 2014.
