Mr. Rohlfs called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mr. Ruben, to
approve the minutes from the July 13, 2015 meeting as printed.
Motion passed.
Old Business:
Pavement Marking and Maintenance (AAA-4438) Update: Mr.
Rohlfs provided the results from bid opening on July 31st. The bid
received was about half of the previously estimated cost of this
project. Shrub Trimming/Removal: No progress has been made
on this item.
 Airport Entrance Sign: The new sign has been
installed. 2015/2016 Budget: Mr. Rohlfs discussed some
corrections that were required in the Airport and Farm budget
request. More changes are imminent.
New Business:
Albion Radio Communications Contract Renewal: A motion was
made by Mr. Ruben, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to approve the renewal of
this contract. Motion passed.

Airport Report: Mr. Rohlfs reported 722.2 gallons of
fuel were sold in July. Discussions indicate hope to accept bids
on the new fuel farm in December 2015 and have the project
completed by Spring 2016.
HIF Report: Nothing to report.
Farm Report: Nothing to report. Budget Review: No
concerns at this time.
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to
approve the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.

A motion was made by Mr. Blankenship, seconded by Mr. Ruben to
adjourn. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 7:26 pm.
